For an electrical insulating layer between a heating element and a metal diffuser plate in a garden propagator, it works tickety boo. I can't really comment on its boat building properties.

I recently placed my first order with FSL and it arrived really promptly. Unfortunately one of the products had been missed (these things happen), but when I called them they dealt with it straight away and I received the missing product within the next couple of days. Time saver when making molds. No longer have to wait for resin to cure after each layer, this can lay up 4 or 5 layers all in one go. Doesn’t shrink, and I add a bit extra aluminium powder for extra heat resistance!
After using general purpose and value range gelcoat for molds, I tried this, and it is way way better. Polishes really well and even copes with 90 degree oven cure Prepreg.

The gelcoat filler is an excellent colour mix, my only slight criticism would be that I would have preferred it to be slightly thicker ( less liquidy), but it’s still very useable
