I only discovered FSL recently and we've ordered several products from them over the last few weeks.  Ordering, order tracking and communications with FSL were all excellent. Delivery was on time and the packaging was first class. It makes a nice change to find an independent business who really care about what they do and  who's prices beat the competition. Getting overpriced Prime parcels with a big smile on them may be the 'in thing', but I prefer to deal with suppliers who commit to great products and to great customer service, rather than to high speed delivery and to anonymous corporate-size turnover.
