Reshaped an Al Merrick surfboard after big ding bit ~1.5” off of its nose. Discolouration in photo is where an old sticker used to be on original board surface. Bought some 4oz FG weave and used Ocean Surfboard Epoxy Resin kit to layer this up - sanding each layer - before also using for a final hot coat. The resin soaked into FG weave brilliantly, it cured well, handled sanding great and polished up nice. All good.
