Description

The Jesmonite AC730 Liquid + AC730 Base Powder Kit is a high-quality, rapid-setting microcement system used to create lightweight, durable, stone-effect decorative castings, cladding panels and glass-reinforced architectural features for interior and exterior applications. The AC730 is a favourite among makers, designers and architectural fabricators thanks to its exceptional strength and professional finish.

Built for performance without sacrificing creativity, Jesmonite AC730 delivers a crisp surface texture and impressive structural integrity, making it suitable for both interior features and external architectural applications. Whether you're producing stone-effect homewares, sculptural pieces, cladding panels or ornate mouldings, AC730 provides outstanding results with fast curing and high early strength gain.

One of the key advantages of this kit is the wide choice of stunning stone-style base powders, allowing you to replicate natural materials with ease. Available finishes include Natural Stone, Bath Stone, Yellow Sand Stone, White Marble, Portland Stone, Silver Grey Granite, Marigold, Cotswold Honey, Charcoal, Old Terracotta and Brick Red. Pair your chosen base with Jesmonite additives, gelcoats and techniques, and the creative possibilities become virtually limitless.

Designed with modern applications in mind, AC730 is also solvent-free and VOC-free, making it a cleaner, safer alternative to many traditional cement-based systems. Its low alkalinity and reduced free-lime content significantly lowers the risk of efflorescence compared to standard Portland cement products, ensuring a more consistent and professional decorative finish.

Jesmonite AC730 is engineered to deliver outstanding physical performance, including excellent abrasion resistance, impact strength and dimensional stability. It is shrinkage compensated and offers low permeability, making it a strong choice for demanding environments such as external weathering and water feature installations.

For added protection, finished pieces can be sealed using Jesmonite Flexiguard or a Penetrating Sealer (depending on the application) to provide enhanced water and stain resistance.
