Clearcast Epoxy Doming & Coating Resin is a premium doming jewellery resin developed for makers who want a flawless, glossy finish with real depth. With a naturally thick viscosity and excellent UV stability, it’s ideal for creating smooth, rounded domes that enhance your designs while helping to keep colours looking vibrant over time.
This resin is perfectly suited to open and closed back jewellery bezels, where a curved “doming” effect gives a professional, glass-like finish. The thicker consistency allows the resin to sit neatly in place, making it easier to build that signature rounded surface without the runny qualities of thinner resins. It also performs brilliantly in silicone pendant moulds, delivering a high-shine finish that brings details to life.
One of the standout features of Clearcast Doming Resin is the way it holds pigments and alcohol inks. Mica powders and inks can appear beautifully suspended within the clear resin, creating striking layers, blooms and floating colour effects that less viscous resins often can’t achieve. Whether you’re crafting bold statement pieces or subtle, elegant designs, it’s a fantastic resin for experimenting and developing your own style.
Beyond jewellery, this versatile epoxy can be used for bracelets, coasters, small embedding projects, and even creative canvas art where a thick, glossy resin finish is desired. If you love pushing colour, texture and depth, Clearcast Doming Resin is built for expressive, eye-catching results.
