Cure Times

Cure times vary dependant on room temperature but allow 24hrs - 48hrs for your project to cure. Factors such as the underlying substrate  on which your project sits can also effect the cure significantly with metal bases reflecting heat back in to the project and this can "kick" the cure and lead to discolouration. Wooden bases will allow the heat to disperse evenly and allow the resin to cure at its normal rate.

With experience, some users will help the resin cure more quickly using an oven heated to 20 to 24 degrees but this technique requires an in depth knowledge of the resin and its characteristics in order to achieve the required results.
