The West System Marine Grade Epoxy Resin System is a professional-grade, 2-part, epoxy kit designed for bonding, laminating, filleting and fairing in the marine industry, boat building and large-scale repair projects. With 25kg of West System 105 Epoxy Resin and your choice of 5kg of 205 Fast Hardener or 206 Slow Hardener, this pack provides the capacity needed to deal with much larger applications, especially when combined with the full range of West System fillers and additives.
105 Epoxy Resin: At the heart of the West System product line, 105 Resin is a clear, light amber, low-viscosity epoxy designed for strength, durability and adaptability. It can be modified with West System fillers or additives, making it suitable for laminating, bonding, coating, filleting and fairing applications.
205 Fast Hardener: The 205 Fast Hardener is a versatile curing agent formulated for rapid cure and reliability across most conditions. When mixed with 105 Resin at the recommended 5:1 ratio, it produces a rigid, high-strength, moisture-resistant solid with excellent bonding, cohesive and barrier-coating properties. This ensures dependable results in both structural and protective marine applications.
206 Slow Hardener: The 206 Slow Hardener is a reliable curing agent formulated to provide a slower cure and extended working time, making it ideal for larger projects or use in warmer conditions. When mixed with 105 Resin at the recommended 5:1 ratio, it cures into a rigid, high-strength, moisture-resistant solid with excellent bonding, cohesive, and barrier-coating properties. Its slower reaction time ensures greater control and precision, delivering dependable results for both structural and protective marine applications.
Together, the 105 Resin and 205/206 Hardener form a high-performance, marine-grade epoxy system trusted by boat builders and repair professionals worldwide.
For accurate mixing, the West System C Pack Pump Set (sold separately) ensures consistent resin-to-hardener ratios.
