At Fibreglass Supplies, we are able to produce Gelcoat Filler in any RAL or British Standard Colour to meet your project requirements. Please call us today to discuss your requirements and availability. Our gelcoat fillers can be made to order in white, off-white/cream, light grey, dark blue, signal blue, green, black, red and much more.
Gelcoat fillers can be used with the addition of catalyst hardener (MEKP Organic Peroxide) for filling holes and cracks, above and below the waterline. They are also suitable for repairing gloss coats on caravans, canoes and camper vans.
With a mayonnaise-to-peanut-butter consistency, gelcoat fillers spread smoothly, stay in place without sagging, and can be built up in layers to repair slightly deeper holes, before being sanded back to match the profile of your project. Thanks to the presence of wax in the formula, the filler cures effectively on external surfaces, leaving a strong, smooth finish ready for final preparation.
Please note, our Gelcoat Fillers are available in ANY colour. Prices may vary based on some specific colours.

Good productReviewed by Robert.delaney1948 on 10 Oct 2025
The filler was in a tin smaller than the website picture which had me worried at first. In the event I only needed to mix 20% of it to repair the damage to my caravan and I had almost enough left over to cover a patch on my conservatory roof. I shall finish the roof with the second mix. The product was easy to apply and had a long working time. It went off nicely. I would buy large syringes for measuring this filler in small quantities next time.

Questions answered quickly, order arrived super quick and colour match was perfect.
Excellent colour matchReviewed by Descross7 on 09 Apr 2025
The gelcoat filler is an excellent colour mix, my only slight criticism would be that I would have preferred it to be slightly thicker ( less liquidy), but it’s still very useable
